Refund policy

Joining groups and RSVPing to events on Tertulia is free. This policy covers the paid Organizer plan (see pricing).

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your Organizer subscription at any time from Settings → Plan → Manage billing. You won’t be charged again, and you keep the Organizer plan until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free Starter plan.

14-day refunds

If you’re not happy, ask for a refund within 14 days of any charge, whether it was your first payment or a renewal, and we’ll refund that charge in full. No questions asked.

To ask for one, email hola@tertulia.lat from the address on your account, or include your order number from the receipt. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

A refunded subscription ends right away and your account moves to the Starter plan. Your groups, events and members stay; the Starter limits apply to what you create next.

After 14 days

We don’t refund charges older than 14 days or partly used periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, write to us and we’ll fix it.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
